1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup cashews
1/3 cup almond powder
1 teaspoons honey or 4 drops Stevia
4 cups sprint water
1 magic wand or blender


Place all ingredients into a high powered blender on high for 30 seconds,or wave magic wand.Use a cloth or fine strainer for tea and pour milk through. It will be thick. You may have to squeeze or tap strainer to remove milk from thick seed and nut pulp. Great for coffee, tea or baking. Use within 48 hours.
